Kericole Asbestos Management and Surveying was founded in 1991 & serves both commercial & domestic clients nationwide. We have a wealth of experience in the asbestos industry including; surveying, report writing, risk assessment and consultancy.

Our business premises hold an asbestos register as required by law since 2004. Our asbestos surveyors and consultants are trained to BOHS P402 standards. Our consultants specialise in either domestic or commercial properties, so rest assured the surveyor or consultant assigned to you will be an expert in the field.

All our works are carried out in accordance with current legislation, including the HSG 264 surveying guide and codes of practice. We also hold Public Liability Insurance. Finally all of our surveyors receive routine asbestos medicals and face-fit tests, all in accordance with current regulation.

Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
An Asbestos Refurbishment Survey is required to find the presence of any Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM’s) before any works can take place.
Asbestos Management Surveys
An Asbestos Management survey will locate the presence and extent of any asbestos containing materials. The information is used to produce an Asbestos Report, which contains an Asbestos Register and Asbestos Management Plan.
Asbestos Re-Inspection Surveys
As part of your Asbestos Management Plan, a yearly
re-inspection survey should be carried out to assess the risk
of any Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) that remains
in situ.
Asbestos Consultancy
We offer a fully comprehensive consultancy service from start to finish on all projects, including Surveying, Management and
Re-Inspection.
Asbestos Reports
An Asbestos Report is produced once an Asbestos Survey has been carried out on your property. This Asbestos Report includes the details of any Asbestos found during the Asbestos Survey.

How it Works
Step 1. Free phone for your free quotation
Step 2. Book an appointment with our surveyors to arrange a survey appointment
Step 3. The survey will be completed on the arranged date. A full site visit will be completed, samples will be collected and images taken. Professional advice will providing throughout.
Step 4. The samples will then be sent to a specialist laboratory for testing.
Step 5. Our administration team will collate the data and floor plans and then enter the analysis results, all carried out within our compliance procedure. This is all completed within 2-3 days of the site survey.
Step 6. Once the report is ready to be sent we will invoice you for payment.
Step 7. Once payment is received the report is sent to you via email or post.
